Īstenojot projektu, mūsu galvenais mērķis bija uzlabot starptautisko sadarbību un mācību iespējas studentiem un darbiniekiem. Mūsu mērķi bija: 1. Veicināt starpkultūru izpratni, dodot dalībniekiem iespēju iepazīt dažādas izglītības sistēmas un kultūras. 2. Uzlabot valodu un komunikācijas prasmes, izmantojot mobilitāti un apmaiņas programmas. 3. Palielināt nodarbinātības iespējas un karjeras izredzes, attīstot tādas prasmes kā pielāgošanās spējas, sadarbība un problēmu risināšana. 4. Veidot iestāžu kapacitāti, daloties labākajā praksē un inovatīvās mācību metodēs ar partnerorganizācijām. 5. Veicināt Eiropas identitātes un aktīvas pilsonības izjūtu saskaņā ar Erasmus+ pamatvērtībām. By implementing the project, our main goal was to enhance international cooperation and learning opportunities for students and staff. We aimed to: 1. Promote intercultural understanding by enabling participants to experience different educational systems and cultures. 2. Improve language and communication skills through mobility and exchange. 3. Increase employability and career prospects by developing soft skills such as adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving. 4. Build institutional capacity by sharing best practices and innovative teaching methodologies with partner institutions. 5. Foster a sense of European identity and active citizenship, in a line with Erasmus+ core values.
