The main objective of mobility project was to promote and maintain diversity of knowledge, experience, learning and social environment for students and teachers. Through the implementation and exposure of mobility participants to diverse study and social, linguistic environment, teaching methods and academic systems. Mobilities provided opportunities for new dynamic interaction between teachers and students during the classes, understanding and access to best practices and made available various study subjects that are not part of student core study programmes. Mobility experience enhances meaningful cross-regional learning discussions on the current global and regional issues in all subjects taught at RGSL. Staff training mobilities aim to promote learning from good practices abroad and improvement of routine work practices at RGSL, and to increase staff motivation and job satisfaction, in addition to professional skills enhancement.
