With this project the Strategy and Internationalization strategy of the College of Business Administration was implemented, providing the opportunity to the administrative and academic staff as well as students to use mobilities to gain international experience which could be later integrated and used in their daily duties at the College. It was an important strategic goal for the College to provide international experience to its staff and students, as well as to establish international partnerships, and this project helped to achieve these strategic aims. This project made a significant contribution to achieving these goals by expanding the College’s international cooperation network, strengthening collaboration with existing partners abroad, and establishing new partnerships (e.g. especially for providing BIP and traineeships opportunities for the students). As a result, broader international opportunities have been created for both staff and students. In addition, the project supported the implementation of the College’s Human Resource Development Plan by enabling staff to participate in international training activities and gain valuable insights and best practices from abroad.
