The objectives of the Latvian College of Culture in implementing this project were: 1) to provide students with opportunities to develop professional, academic and intercultural competences that will support their future career and personal growth; 2) to enhance the professional development of lecturers and administrative staff, promote international exchange of experience and foster acquisition of new skills; 3) For the College: to strengthen cooperation with European higher education institutions, encourage intercultural dialogue and understanding of diversity, and broaden the network of international partners.
