The objectives of this project were to become familiar with police education systems and study/training programmes at various European police education institutions, to learn about and share experiences in leadership, human resource management, professional development, police tactics, and challenges related to police work, as well as to improve foreign language skills and pedagogical and professional competencies. Within the project, experience and best practice were exchanged with academic staff and colleagues from other countries, personal contacts were established for future cooperation and research, and improvements in teaching methods and content, as well as foreign language skills, were promoted. Professional competence was enhanced, and motivation in daily work was fostered. International cooperation between police education institutions was strengthened, ensuring knowledge exchange and transfer of best practices to improve police education in Europe, while also increasing the capacity to operate at the international level.
