By implementing the project, RTU LMC planned to achieve closer cooperation with an institution in Morocco - Institut Supérieur d’Etudes Maritimes (Higher Institute of Maritime Studies, hereinafter -ISEM), as a result of which, to ensure staff exchange, and to promote further cooperation in the direction of student exchange. As a result of the staff exchange, it was planned that students from both institutions would participate in guest lectures and that both institutions would move towards strategic internationalization goals, i.e. to provide an opportunity to promote inclusion and diversity, to encourage positive changes for people, to promote the reduction of inequality and to inform people about aspects of inclusion.
