Palīdzēt saprast savas vājās un stiprās puses, lai jaunieši nebūtu NEET kategorijā, nodrošināt pašizpratnes un pašnovērtējuma aktivitātes, kas palīdz jauniešiem identificēt savas stiprās un vājās puses, veidojot individuālus attīstības plānus. Informēt jauniešus par dažādām iespējām, kas pieejamas Eiropā, lai veicinātu motivāciju mācīties un strādāt, izvairoties no NEET kategorijas riska, organizēt informatīvas sesijas un darbnīcas par Eiropas izglītības, apmācību un nodarbinātības programmām, lai palielinātu jauniešu informētību un iesaisti. Parādīt jauniešiem, kā, būdami līderi, viņi var veidot iespējas sev un citiem, demonstrēt, kā līderība var radīt jaunas iespējas gan pašiem jauniešiem, gan viņu vienaudžiem, veicinot proaktīvu un inovatīvu domāšanu. Mācīt "dzīves skolu" un attīstīt mīkstās prasmes komunikācijā ar dažādiem cilvēkiem, lai jaunieši zinātu, kā uzvesties dažādos apstākļos, piedāvāt nodarbības par efektīvu komunikāciju, konfliktu risināšanu, sadarbību un empātiju, uzsverot šo prasmju nozīmi gan personīgajā, gan profesionālajā dzīvē. Profesionālās pilnveides aktivitātē: Organizēt kopienu, kurā būtu uzticami partneri, ieinteresēti NEET problēmā, Izveidot un attīstīt starptautisku sadarbības tīklu, kas apvieno uzticamus partnerus un organizācijas, kas strādā ar NEET jauniešiem, lai kopīgi risinātu šo problēmu. Palīdzēt partneriem no citām valstīm saprast, kādas iespējas Erasmus+ programma dod darbam ar NEET jauniešiem, nodrošināt informācijas un pieredzes apmaiņu par Erasmus+ programmas iespējām, veicinot izpratni par tās sniegtajiem resursiem un atbalstu darbam ar NEET jauniešiem. Izveidot pamatu uzticamu partneru kopienai, izveidot stabilu sadarbības pamatu starp partneriem, veicinot ilgtermiņa partnerattiecības un kopīgu stratēģiju izstrādi, lai efektīvi risinātu NEET jauniešu izaicinājumus. Iepazīstināt partnerus ar tīkla veidošanas (networking) definīciju un nozīmi, sniegt partneriem skaidru izpratni par tīkla veidošanas koncepciju, tās priekšrocībām un praktiskām metodēm, kā efektīvi veidot un uzturēt profesionālus sakarus. Pastāstīt par ideju ģenerēšanas veidiem, izglītot partnerus par dažādām ideju ģenerēšanas tehnikām un metodēm, kas var palīdzēt attīstīt inovatīvus risinājumus un pieejas darbam ar NEET jauniešiem. Youth Exchange: To develop leadership skills in young people, to foster their ability to lead and inspire others by developing leadership skills through practical exercises and training. To help young people understand their strengths and weaknesses so that they are not NEET, to provide self-awareness and self-assessment activities that help young people identify their strengths and weaknesses and create individual development plans. Inform young people about the different opportunities available in Europe to boost their motivation to study and work, avoiding the risk of becoming NEET, organise information sessions and workshops on European education, training and employment programmes to increase young people's awareness and involvement. Show young people how they can create opportunities for themselves and others through leadership, demonstrating how leadership can create new opportunities for both young people and their peers by encouraging proactive and innovative thinking. Teach 'life school' and develop soft skills in communicating with different people so that young people know how to behave in different circumstances, offering lessons on effective communication, conflict resolution, cooperation and empathy, highlighting the importance of these skills in both personal and professional life. Professional development activity: Organise a community of trusted partners interested in the NEET issue, Create and develop an international network of trusted partners and organisations working with NEET young people to address the issue together. To help partners from other countries to understand the opportunities of the Erasmus+ programme for working with NEET young people, to exchange information and experiences on the possibilities of the Erasmus+ programme, raising awareness of its resources and support for working with NEET young people. To build a community of trusted partners, to establish a solid basis for cooperation between partners, fostering long-term partnerships and the development of joint strategies to effectively address the challenges of NEET young people. To introduce partners to the definition and meaning of networking, to provide partners with a clear understanding of the concept of networking, its benefits and practical methods to effectively build and maintain professional networks. To explain the ways of idea generation, to educate partners on different idea generation techniques and methods that can help to develop innovative solutions and approaches to work with NEET young people.
