By implementing the project, we gained skills to find the right information in the digital field, communicate and collaborate with digital tools, produce digital materials, provide digital information and solve digital problems. Young people had the opportunity to positively recognize and learn the change in digital skills needed during employment. Our project aimed to solve the problems of participants who need basic digital competencies in job interviews and the need to produce digital content for a social problem or business idea that negatively affects their decision-making processes arising from social media. With the increase in online and hybrid working models in the digitalizing world in the last 5 years, young people needed some digital tools to be employed. We created this project to transfer their skills to digital platforms and provide them with employment. Our event designs enabled participants to think critically, be curious and creative, transfer knowledge, take initiative, collaborate, work efficiently in an interdisciplinary environment in a multicultural environment, create and adapt in a social environment, and communicate effectively in a social environment. In particular, we ensured that the international participants we recruited constantly worked together in a mixed manner. We have created informal learning methods such as producing content for each digital platform, using tools, time management, working with peers, producing digital workshops, practicing and implementing, as well as managing our own sessions, discussing, role-playing and outdoor activities.
