With this project, we wanted young people from Kalnciems Secondary School in Jelgava region to get to know themselves better. They become aware of their abilities and improve their career management skills. As well as they are more able to see the opportunities for a conscious and purposeful choice of further career. It is important for young people to realize that even graduates of a small school can achieve significant success. With the examples of school graduates and their stories about their life choices and career paths, we wanted to inspire young people to consciously engage in their career choices so that they can make responsible and thoughtful decisions.The goal of the project was to make the school's 9th and 12th grade graduates more conscious about their further education/career decision. The activities in the of the project helped young people to create a "road map" that helps them get involved in choosing their own career.
