Background

We applied for this project because because language skills and competences are fundamental for the intellectual and emotional development of young people, good career prospects, and developing critical thinking skills. However high language competences are typically developed in elite schools, schools in big cities and there is an inequality in language competence development in Europe.By improving language competence, NEETs can improve their ability to communicate with others, build relationships, and participate in social activities. This will improve the quality of life of NEETS across Europe. It can help reduce the skills gap in the labor market, improve productivity, and increase economic growth. Language skills are a priority for the European Union, since it is a political and economic union, with different languages and cultures. As such, language skills play a critical role in fostering communication, understanding, and cooperation. The main needs we covered are: 1.Exchange of best practices and access to diverse resources 2.Increased cultural understanding 3.Improved employability 4.Ensured increased effectiveness and impact on improved language proficiency
