By implementing the project, we aimed to empower disadvantaged young people to break cycles of unemployment, low-paid work, and discouragement by equipping them with the mindset, skills, and tools to build sustainable careers. Our objective was to create a digital career solution that offers personalized profiling, clear career pathways, and gamified training to develop key competences such as career planning, resilience, confidence, and discipline. We wanted to make desirable and attainable career opportunities visible and accessible, especially in digital and knowledge-based sectors, while supporting young people to enter the labour market at entry-level positions with potential for growth. The project seeked to increase employability, self-esteem, and productivity of the target group, contribute to reducing NEET rates, and foster inclusive participation in Europe’s digital and green transitions. Ultimately, our goal was to improve socioeconomic wellbeing and strengthen the competitiveness of Europe’s young people.
We applied for this project to address the urgent needs of unprivileged youth who face limited career prospects, low-paid jobs, and discouragement as NEETs. Existing solutions fail to tackle the lack of career awareness, planning skills, and success mindset. To address this gap, this project provides an innovative digital solution tailored to their profile, guiding them step-by-step toward attainable careers in digital and knowledge-based industries. By combining AI-powered career profiling, personalized planning, and gamified training built on 8 motivational core drives, it equips youth with resilience, confidence, and employability skills. It directly supports EU priorities by fostering quality employment, reducing youth unemployment, and enabling participation in digital and green transitions. The solution strengthens Europe’s workforce productivity and inclusiveness, making career skills—planning, learning to learn, discipline—accessible to those who rarely have such opportunities, while empowering them to become economically independent and future-ready.
