The aim of the project MUNICIPALITY 16+ is to rise up youth civic participation level by understanding the mechanisms of youth civic participation in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Latvia; and to develop a complex and research-based tool that improves civic competence of youth, put in use at least four civic participation mechanisms (elections, participatory budgeting, civic councils, public consultation etc.) in municipalities.
