The project has four key objectives: Develop skills for special educators to design materials for SEN students. Enhance capacities of educators for inclusive education. Support professional growth by connecting SEN students with peers in inclusive settings. Share best practices and innovative pedagogical methods. Participants learned inclusive education concepts, designed tools for SEN students, acquired new knowledge and developed skills for accessible inclusion in mainstream schools.
OURC "Maca Ovcharova" promoted inclusive education by preparing staff to support students with disabilities in mainstream classrooms. Teachers collaborated with European colleagues to exchange knowledge, attended inclusion training, and learned strategies for smoother transitions. Visits to institutions using specialised methods provided practical skills for creating tailored teaching materials. Partnerships with schools fostered innovation, ensuring accessible education for every student.
