The organization has needs to learn more about the education in European hospitality and after to implement in the region and whole country. The high school plans to undertake this aim by: -Supporting students from the high school to attend international trainings and further their theoretical framework of rural tourism and hospitality management -Organizing seminars and workshops in the high school for students and whole interested potential participants -Educating the local population on the economic potential for rural tourism in the region and improving the conditions of quality service and management in the restaurants -To gain the chance for sharing European experience and knowledge and to show that they are worth to lead the region as future successful managers who will sell local touristic products and be profitable - Working with the municipality to develop a plan for investment in rural tourism infrastructure and reconstruction and landscaping of the natural resources
The ,,St.Naum Ohridski’’ School has adopted a long term development program, where one of priorities has been given to improvement of the knowledge about rural tourism and providing employment and income to local population by offering qualitative holiday products to consumers. This project will improve our management competences concentrated to well organizing practical work in the school. We had successful implementation of three previous projects for improvement of qualitative service, creation of eco-products and implementation of booking.com for the first time at accommodation in our region. This project will be concentrate on developing rural areas where a region's tradition will be offered through the nutrition and eco awareness. Our partners can offer us quality training for students to see how rural tourism is already developed and can be implemented in our country by using social, local, cultural and natural resources.
