The project aimed to strengthen teachers' competences in ICT, innovative teaching, and project management. Through mobility in Malta, teachers explored new tools and practices to enhance student learning. They acquired knowledge to share with colleagues via workshops. The project also developed project management skills, preparing staff for future Erasmus+ projects and improving teaching quality and organizational growth.
Our school prioritizes student support and teacher development. We identified the need to improve teachers’ skills in innovative methods and project management. Through transnational activities, teachers gained knowledge and tools, improving teaching quality. The project fully supports our continuous improvement strategy and aligns with Erasmus+ priorities of innovation, cooperation, and capacity building.
