By implementing this project we wanted the participants to acquire and develop technical skills and knowledge equal to vocational European standards and to emphasis the vocational education and training. The main goal is to focus on developing European values among young people. Also to establish a solid cooperation and partnerships with foreign partners and companies in order for them to provide technical knowledge and skills for students for work based learning in the European manner.
The context of the project and our organization is to establish cooperation with local and big companies promoting work based learning. Through this internship project the students will develop their technical skills and knowledge, and learning about working standards in the companies in the country member of the EU. This is an asset to our vocational school, where more students will enroll. That way the students will also have a bigger possibility of future integration in the labor market.
