The project was designed to provide students and staff with the opportunity to gain valuable academic, professional, and intercultural experiences through mobility. By implementing the project, we aimed to strengthen international cooperation, foster personal and professional development, and enhance the quality of education and training at our institution. Our main objective was to support students in developing key skills such as adaptability, independence, and intercultural understanding, while also enabling staff to exchange knowledge and good practices with colleagues abroad. The project supported a total of 19 mobility activities, which were successfully implemented with a high level of efficiency. Almost the entire grant was used, with over 93% of mobility activity funds and 100% of organisational support funds fully implemented. This demonstrates the strong commitment of our university to ensuring that the project achieved its objectives and delivered meaningful impact for participants and partners alike.
