The project aimed to provide students and staff with opportunities to gain international experience that would enrich their academic, professional, and personal development. By taking part in mobility activities, participants were expected to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and intercultural understanding, making them better prepared for future studies, research, and employment. At the same time, the project sought to strengthen the University’s international cooperation, expand its partnerships, and align its activities with European priorities in higher education. The overall objective was to foster inclusion, digitalisation, sustainability, and innovation, while ensuring that the benefits of mobility are accessible to a diverse range of participants.
