The Erasmus+ KA131 project was implemented to enhance international mobility, improve educational quality, and foster institutional development through strategic partnerships and inclusive practices. Our primary goal was to empower students by offering study and traineeship opportunities abroad, helping them build professional competencies, intercultural awareness, and greater employability. We emphasized equitable access, ensuring that students from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds could fully participate. At the institutional level, the project aimed to expand our European network, increase visibility within the Higher Education Area, and refine internal processes through digital tools and transparent management. Ultimately, KA131 served as a catalyst for transformation—supporting lifelong learning, cross-border collaboration, and the creation of a more inclusive, internationally engaged academic community.
