Through this project, we sought to foster intercultural understanding, enhance professional and language skills, and build lasting partnerships with European higher education institutions. Our goals also included promoting inclusion and diversity, as well as contributing to the overall improvement of educational quality through mobility experiences. The final report of Teaching and Training Mobility and Mob.of studies experience provides the EU's Erasmus+ programme with valuable information that the staff and students benefit from a contributed to the continued improvement of the programme within the European Commission's Erasmus+ Program Key Action 1. Moreover, the goal of this project was to support the international growth of our institution by giving staff the chance to take part in teaching and training activities abroad. We wanted to improve the skills and knowledge of our academic and administrative staff, learn new methods in education, and build stronger connections with partner institutions in other countries. By working together with international partners, we aimed to share good practices, support joint projects, and encourage future student and staff exchanges. One of our key aims was to give staff the chance to experience different educational and cultural environments. This helped them learn new ways of teaching, planning lessons, assessing students, and using digital tools in the classroom. These new ideas could then be brought back and used at our own institution to improve the way we work. Staff also learned about other education systems and gained new perspectives that help them better support students and develop professionally Another goal was to support inclusion and equal opportunities in education. By connecting with institutions that focus on students with fewer opportunities or special needs, our staff learned how to improve support and make learning more accessible. This supports our values and helps us create a more welcoming environment for all students. We also wanted to raise awareness of the value of European cooperation in education. The staff who joined the project became strong supporters of mobility and shared their experiences with others, encouraging more colleagues and students to get involved in international activities. In short, the project helped improve the professional skills of our staff, strengthened our links with other institutions, and supported the overall international development of our university.
