The internalization of the Euro College academic programs is one of the main points in current strategy of the Institution since the opening in 2003. For these reasons The International Relations Office (IRO) is dedicated to supporting the implementation of the mobility of students and professors. In this project, we send students on a training in different European countries as Italy and Bulgaria as well as the staff. Also we realized two different blended intensive courses with students from 2 different countries that were successful. The main idea was to increase possibilities of mobility of students and employees, to develop students’ intercultural competence capability, language capability, and flexibility in different research and learning settings, emphasize acquiring transferable skills for the students so they can be more accepted and recognize on the labor marker and transfer and apply best practices of partner institutions in terms of institutional capacity building and research quality. The main important thing of the project was through the mobility of students and staff to gain new competencies and skills that after finishing the project will be used in their career advancement. The staff during training/job shadowing period learns new methods of working, new way of solving problems and they got new competences that will help them in their job positions and with that as well as to the students. The skills gained will raise the possibility for the students to get a competitive advantage on labor market. The training was performed in collaboration with Sdruzhenie za podpomagane na malkiya i sredniya biznes - obedineni biznes klubove and associazione jump from Soverato , Italy, where students get their traineeship and the staff got their training and job shadowing. Students have a traineeship for a period of almost three months and staff for six days. Students and staff beside their traineeship activities, they learned how to be a part of different culture, traditions and a new model of living. Except improving and experiencing the English language they learn a bit of Bulgarian and Italian language. As long term benefit from this project is that our Institution will continue collaboration with Sdruzhenie za podpomagane na malkiya i sredniya biznes - obedineni biznes klubove and associazione jump from Italy as partner of future Erasmus projects and many other projects.
