With this project we want to monitor and support the tendency of modern society towards gender balance, which in practice does not work, especially for our target group. The activities of this project increased the opportunities of women who have reduced opportunities for any kind of inclusion in the labor market and at the same time they will not be put in a position to be discriminated against. Women from (RA, PD, U, R and SM) were given the opportunity and opportunity to improve their soft and entrepreneurial skills and all those opportunities and qualifications that they possess. All this was also achieved by networking and sharing experience between organizations of two countries with each activity.
The global energy from 2021 to 2023 has hit women aged 18 to 40 who are just starting to build their professional development. In N. Republic of Macedonia, additional indicators that indicate the need to promote female entrepreneurship are the results obtained from surveys conducted by employment in the past 9 years, 25,000 people throughout the country applied for a self-employment program, of which 65% are men and 35% are women. Almost 10,000 people attended a 30-hour entrepreneurial skills training course, of which 62% were men and 38% were women. The location where the partner organization conducts activities is an economic week and is therefore a field of implementation of innovative ideas. According to the latest data available with the permanent census of ISTAT (2019 data), in Puglia women make up 51.8% of the active population (i.e aged 15 or over). Considering their professional requirements, the employees should not exceed 40% of the total employee. All this indicated an additional need especially for women (RA, PD, U, R and SM) for the implementation of this project where they will be able to participate in trainings for soft skills, entrepreneurship workshop and opportunity to share international experience.
