For Student Mobility (Studies or Traineeship) 1. The project aimed to improve students' academic knowledge and practical skills through international mobility, while fostering cultural awareness, language development, and personal growth. This included improvement in their language skills especially the English language. 2. Our goal was to provide students with opportunities to apply their learning in real settings abroad, gain new perspectives, and develop competencies that increase their employability. For Blended Intensive Program 1. The project sought to enrich students' studies through BIPs, encouraging knowledge exchange, intercultural collaboration, and the development of new skills in a European learning environment. 2. The aim was to expose students to diverse perspectives and methods by working with peers from different institutions, strengthening both academic and intercultural competences. This included improvement in their language skills especially the English language. For Staff Mobility (Teaching/Training) 1. The project aimed to strengthening staff skills in teaching and administration by sharing experiences with international colleagues and learning how other higher education institutions operate. 2. Our goal was to support staff professional development through training and networking opportunities, enabling them to bring back innovative practices to our institution. 3. These mobilities aimed also at increasing the international network and helped in building relationship with reliable and solid partners whereby LCTS Ltd/MLI can build future solid projects including recruiting students for future BIPs and projects under various funding.
