The main objectives of this project were as follows: - To bring together 60 youths from 3 different countries to share their ideas and experiences to feel more empowered through music. This project gave us the chance to voice our ideas and share our points of view during discussions and practice sessions. This was a primary learning method as we believe that we can learn more will through interaction both theoretically and in practical terms. - 60 youths had the opportunity to gain more knowledge and information about the opportunities available in the music sector; We believe that we can only grow as individuals and develop as musicians by surrounding ourselves with other musicians from other countries that challenge us to be the best version of ourselves. The impact of this objective does not simply end upon the conclusion of this project, but the relationships established during this project will continue in the future. - As participants we had the opportunities to gain new skills through our interaction with the rest of the group; 2023 is the European Year of Skills dedicated to empowering people in achieving skills needed to be successful in their careers. Skills can include music reading and writing, ear training, music notation and stage presence and playing music as a collective group but also some collective music direction. - the participating organisations had the opportunity to strengthen their professional working relationship.
