The primary goal of our project was to address the high rates of youth unemployment and the lack of a robust entrepreneurial culture among young people. By implementing this project, we aimed to create an entrepreneurial culture among university youth, recent graduates, and unemployed individuals aged 18-25. We sought to stimulate entrepreneurial spirit and capabilities, ultimately contributing to the reduction of unemployment and the development of new employment opportunities. The project had several key objectives: For Participants: Foster an entrepreneurial culture among university students, recent graduates, and unemployed youth within the age group of 18-25. Uncover and enhance the latent entrepreneurial potential of young people, raising awareness of their capabilities. Encourage entrepreneurship as a means to combat unemployment. Develop entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and behaviours through interactive workshops. Engage participants in a "Simulation Entrepreneurship Ecosystem" using drama techniques to provide practical experience and increase awareness. Enhance learning experiences by introducing basic entrepreneurial concepts through interactive and experiential workshops. For Partner Institutions: Support the capacity development of partner institutions. Promote the formation of long-term collaborations through shared experiences. Contribute to the development of international working competencies and collaborative efforts. Diversify youth work initiatives that partner organizations can implement locally. Other Objective: Align the project's activities with the priorities and principles of the Erasmus+ Programme..
