1. to increase competencies of youth workers to design informal learning activity plan, project, methodology and material for the versatile development of target groups 2. to provide concrete learning experiences and peer learning with informal education activities of adults with limited opportunities through adult mobility 3. to develop foreign language skills and EU citizenship awareness of participants as well as increasing the national and international visibility
Although there are planned routine activities for the target groups, the applicant organization has limited capacity to design strategic planning, activity plans and other educational programs. The main reason is directly related to the organizational capacity and qualification, experience, and motivation of human resources of the applicant organization.
