Objectives

As a migrant and refugee-led organization, we advocate for the rights and representation of migrant and refugee women in Europe, while also being directly affected by these struggles. Strengthening resilience and self-care is key to our work. This project helped us build connections, reflect on empowerment, and develop strategies for regenerative activism and cross-border collaboration. It also provided tools to drive social change and enhance our collective resilience and impact.

Background

We are living in a time of major disruption, facing social, political, and ecological challenges. As migrants, refugees, and women, we are deeply impacted. Our goal is to create new ways to promote self-care and strengthen resilience both individually and collectively. To advocate for migrant and refugee rights, we need sustainable empowerment pathways and strategies that support our resilience and activism, while enhancing personal development, employability, and social inclusion.
