The project aimed to strengthen the University of Aruba’s internationalization, innovation, and institutional capacity by fostering strategic partnerships with universities abroad, promoting student and staff exchanges, and opening new opportunities for collaborative research. Building on this foundation, it focused on expanding global engagement through staff development by enhancing expertise in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, research analytics, project management, curriculum development, quality assurance, IT, and cross-cultural leadership. Guided by the vision of Empowering People, Connecting Globally, Elevating Education, the project also supported increased student mobility and quality enhancement in education, ultimately empowering the university community and elevating the quality and impact of education.
