With this project, our main goal was to strengthen the international and intercultural competencies of both students and staff, in line with our institutional strategy and the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. For students, we aimed to: Broaden their global perspective through study and internships abroad; Help them develop the skills needed to teach in diverse, multicultural classrooms; Encourage personal growth, independence, and self-reflection in new cultural contexts. For staff, our goal was to: Stimulate professional development through international training and teaching opportunities; Foster the exchange of best practices with European partner institutions; Strengthen their ability to support internationalisation within the curriculum. At the institutional level, we aimed to: Build sustainable international partnerships; Embed internationalisation more deeply into our educational programmes; Enhance our profile as an inclusive, outward-looking teacher training institution. Overall, we wanted to create more opportunities for meaningful mobility and learning experiences that align with our long-term vision: educating pedagogical professionals who are globally aware, culturally sensitive, and equipped to contribute to inclusive education both locally and internationally.
