The AHK applied the Erasmus+ grant to create and provide opportunities for mobility for our students, teachers, staff and to strengthen our international partnerships. The students are encourage to explore individual trajectories in their study exchanges or traineeships. Small groups of students for whom long term mobility aren't possible due to small or no mobility windows within their curricula, were able to gain intercultural and interdisciplinary learning experiences with blended short mobilities, thereby creating more inclusion of unusual suspects to gain skills through the mobility. Students gain experiences while staying at renowned institutions or companies in their field of arts (film, music, dance, theater, museum etc.). We want to feed our students with a good set of experiences and skills in intercultural and multilangual setting, to learn new skills and exposed to innovative learnings. For film students: to work at studios with high end digital tools. The traineeships and study exchanges enable students to build an international network which is especially important in an international orientated workfield as the arts. The project allows the AHK to deepen the relationship with established partners (both within a joint study programme setting or without one) and at the same to seek out new partners for mobility exchanges and future collaboration opportunities. Teachers and staff members gain professional experiences, built a strong international network and are exposed to innovation, or bring innovation in learning and teaching to partner institutions.
