•We want our students to contribute to their international and intercultural learning outcomes and to acquire 21 century skills that are in line with the needs of the global working field thus increasing their employability. In addition, developing foreign language skills and intercultural awareness, thus contributing to RUAS’ strategic objectives of Inclusiveness and Superdiversity. •We want to facilitate incoming student mobility which fosters the creation of a genuine international classroom and supports our internationalisation at home activities. •We want to attract incoming teaching staff, to contribute to the use of international didactics and enhancement of our curricula. •Both outgoing and incoming mobility allow students and staff to experience the European identity and identify with common European values, and so contributing to the visibility and attractiveness of European HE in general and of RUAS’ study programmes in particular. •Working at RUAS means working in an intercultural and international education environment. For the staff, this demands international competences and intercultural sensitivity. •Our Erasmus partnerships provide diverse (culturally & financially) mobility & project opportunities for our students & staff.
