STOC has been an active NGO in Amsterdam for over 30 years, primarily offering language courses in Dutch and English to immigrants aged 7 to 70. Despite its extensive experience in language teaching, the organization faces challenges in digitalizing its teaching practices, materials, and course design. To address these issues, STOC aims to enhance its courses by making them more digitalized, enjoyable, and interactive. To achieve this, STOC has formed a consortium with similar organizations from Turkey and Italy and developed a project.
