The youth exchange "Iceberg – The Hidden Culture" successfully facilitated participants from the Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, and Georgia, aged 17-30 years, as well as target groups, in achieving the goals of fostering intercultural learning, tolerance, and respect. This was accomplished through a diverse range of non-formal learning activities, cultural workshops, food cooking sessions, participation in traditional dances, direct interactions with locals, and cultural exchanges. The main aim was realized by fulfilling the following objectives: (a) Interweaving intercultural learning among young people from the Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, and Georgia. (b) Successfully combating stereotypes related to cultures, religions, beliefs, and gender. (c) Raising awareness and promoting understanding of other cultures, providing opportunities to build international networks, encouraging active participation in society, and nurturing a sense of European citizenship and identity.
