Objectives

The primary objective of implementing the project was to address the pressing issue of youth unemployment by providing young people with opportunities for personal and professional development, thereby enhancing their chances of successful integration into the labor market. Specifically, the project aimed to achieve the following goals: - International experience: Creating an international environment and cooperation among young people from different countries by providing them with a platform to share experiences, similarities, and differences in the context of youth unemployment. - Enhancing skills and knowledge: Offer participants opportunities to improve their skills, knowledge, and life experiences through engaging in non-formal activities focused on personal and professional development. - Expanding new horizons: Enable participants to discover new places and cultures, expanding their horizons beyond their familiar environments and offering them new learning opportunities. - Promoting multicultural understanding: Encourage participants to engage with diverse customs and lifestyles in a multicultural context, fostering empathy and challenging stereotypes. - Boosting self-confidence and identity: Help participants explore their personal capacities, talents, and identities, while also building self-esteem and self-confidence necessary for navigating the challenges of the labor market. - Increase awareness of opportunities: Inform participants about available opportunities for personal and professional growth, addressing the lack of awareness that often hinders young people from pursuing their goals. By pursuing these objectives, the project sought to empower young people to overcome the challenges associated with youth unemployment and equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the labor market successfully.
