JOIN is a project that has as primary purpose to bring together youth workers and youth organizations in order to support their knowledge-building and share best practices of methods of inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities. This project's objectives were generally met. During the Preparatory Visit, representatives of each partner organization met and shared in much more depth the needs and challenges they face as organizations when it comes to the inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities, their methods, and practices. Each partner emphasised the desire to create a more inclusive space for the development of the professionals part of their team, as well of the youngsters they work with. The Main Activity took the shape of a Seminar where we brought together 27 youth workers who shared, exchanged and integrated know-how, practiced various tools of inclusion, non-formal educational activities and further supported the partner organizations in adjusting their inclusion methods.
