The main goal of the project was to enhance the skills and capabilities of youth workers from the partner organizations, focusing on essential areas such as storytelling (ST) , digital storytelling (DST), and youth active participation (YAP). These skills are crucial for effectively engaging and supporting the youth in their communities. By equipping youth workers with these competencies, the project aimed to foster greater youth participation and involvement in various activities, thereby contributing to their personal and professional development. Also, the project was aiming to promote innovation in youth work, recognising the need to continuously adapt and evolve to meet the dynamic needs of young people. This innovative approach aimed to create a significant impact on the lives of youth workers and young people by helping them build meaningful relationships, engage more deeply in civil society, and develop a stronger sense of community. Furthermore, the project aimed to provide youth workers with the necessary tools and understanding of how ST, DST both their personal and professional lives, are enhancing their ability to support the youth they work with. The project's activities were focusing on non-formal learning methods and experiential activities.
