From decision-making to collaboration and implementation, this project aims to support change-makers in taking control over their future by building sustainable organizations themselves. To increase the visibility and recognition of young people within their communities and provide opportunities for them to share their knowledge and skills, and use these skills to make a positive impact. To create an intersectional and regenerative network of tomorrow’s young leaders. To inspire and give hope. Young Presidents aims to show that there is an alternative to continuing the rat race that perpetuates an extractive and exploitative system that causes climate change and social inequalities. These objectives came from young people who came together because they want their needs to be met, now and in the future.
