The AFt department is one of our departments that requires the most attention in terms of support for competence building for our educators, as well as contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of support to fewer opportunities learners we work with. There is concrete need to cultivate and improve competences in delivering higher quality learning processes regarding inclusive education, digital education and employability cultivation towards our beneficiaries.
