The main objective of this project was to strengthen sustainable collaborations with international universities and colleges. By facilitating student and staff exchanges, we aimed to provide participants with opportunities for personal growth, new perspectives, and enhanced international competence, while also increasing the overall number of mobilities. For staff, the project supports professional development by sharing knowledge, experiences, and ideas that enrich teaching and contribute to innovative learning environments. For students, Erasmus+ enhances academic and intercultural skills, preparing them for future careers and enabling them to contribute to a more internationalised learning environment at DMMH. Equally important is the experience of incoming students. Offering high-quality and relevant courses, combined with strong academic and social support, ensures their satisfaction and integration. This, in turn, strengthens Dronning Mauds Minne Høgskole’s international reputation and aligns with our strategic goal of creating an inclusive and globally connected academic community.
