The overall objective: • prepare the labor market through the evaluation and development of the qualifications of adult immigrants and support the implementation of the EU Employment Guidelines. The special objectives: • improve skills identification, screening and the career counseling and guidance procedures in order to promote the new adult education opportunities; • develop and implement career support mechanisms for adult immigrants in order to assess and develop necessary soft skills
