The project aimed to improve the capacity of participating organizations to use outdoor education and experiential learning methods, with a focus on inclusion, particularly for young people with fewer opportunities and mental disabilities. It also aimed to create a tangible output in the form of a toolbox for ready-to-go activities, which will be shared among organizations and networks working with youth. The stated objectives of the "Including YOU!" project are as follows: ○ Objectives of the 1st phase of the PDA: • Bring together organizations involved in youth work to enhance their practices in outdoor education and experiential learning; • Reflect on best practices, share accumulated experiences among partners, and boost synergy; • Find methods to influence and increase the process of inclusion; • Develop and work on activities and methodologies for young people with special needs to include them in outdoor projects; • Enhance youth workers' leadership and facilitation soft skills; • Promote outdoor education and experiential learning among the youth leaders and workers of partner organizations; • Create a toolbox of ready-to-go activities for outdoor and experiential learning projects. ○ Objectives of the Inter-phase: • Evaluate the process, tools, and methodologies created during the PDA; • Analyze different types of special needs and consult with specialists. ○ Objectives of the 2nd phase of the PDA: • Evaluate the ongoing process, including the outcomes of the PDA and inter-phase; • Identify specific opportunities for using the methodology of experiential learning and outdoor education with young people with fewer opportunities and special needs; • Test the activities created during the PDA outdoors; • Work on the structure, components, and design of the toolbox; • Create a final version of the digital toolbox and start spreading and sharing it in different networks.
