The main aim of this project was: to equip youth workers with the skills to provide resilience and support to the youth they work with daily. This included the ability to address the mental health issues, that apeared during the pandemic and the war. Moreover, to develop youth workers practical skills to deliver youth work activities in the digital realm. We are sure that this aim was greatly achieved. To completely achieve this goal we organized two trainings: the first focused on understanding the mental health support systems and how youth workers could support young refugees. Also, explore what support young people may need in the future. The second training course helped to explore the changing political context, the skills needed for the successful integration of young people into society, and delving into the experiences and potential of digital youth work. Additionally, by implementing this project we had other objectives: - to create a space for youth workers to exchange good practices that are used by them in their daily work with youngsters; - to provide youth workers with information on Erasmus+ projects and other international opportunities - to help participants in making contacts for further collaborations - to expand partners' network As mentioned earlier, all objectives were accomplished. - participants exchanged their contacts for possible future projects - participants improved their current or developed new skills in the field of youthwork - participants shared good practices of youth work - participants got to know what is Erasmus+, how it works, what is European Youth Dialogue - participants were provided with information about changes in the political context, and how to successfully integrate youth into the community’s everyday life - participants got to know new methods and ways of how to currently communicate with youth during these unstable times, and how to provide them with needed psychological help.
