UZW, founded in 2019, supports the education and activation of mature people and helps them solve their problems. It pursues its goals through educational, publishing, and environmental activities, the organization of training courses, workshops, sports, and cultural events, and cooperation with institutions. Key activities include lectures on health and safety, digital, English, IT, and exercise classes. An important element in seniors' education is the internationalization of UZW activities.
