Through the implementation of the project, we raised the level of English among the staff in order to be able to cooperate with international organisations and develop the activities of our organisation beyond Poland. Participation in the mobility raised the level of staff involvement and strengthened key competences in their daily work with seniors. Thanks to the seniors' participation in mobility and the improvement of their soft competences, we have contributed to improvement of their live.
The project was a response to the needs of our Foundation and concerned increasing the competences of our staff in English language and gaining experience in international cooperation. This helped us to expand our educational offer. The participation of seniors in the mobility increased their soft competences. The main activities of the Foundation in the adult education sector are informal education of seniors in the development of soft skills, civic, basic or digital skills.
