We wanted to gain benefits in the following areas: 1. Improve the language competences of 3 staff members by developing English skills. 2. Increase the competences & knowledge of 2 management staff members in the field of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion 3. Enhance the knowledge and skills of 4 staff members in applying more effective approaches to supporting the organization’s target groups 4. Develop transversal skills among 6 adult female learners, including at least 2 with fewer opportunities
FUNDACJA has been active since 2018 in the following areas: 1.WOMEN'S RIGHTS&HERSTORIES 2.DIVERSITY & INCLUSION 3.MULTICULTURALISM We conduct workshops, organize cultural events & other educational activities The project included staff mobilities: ● English language training ● Training to enhance educational competencies ● Job shadowing In addition, a group mobility was organized for 6 of our participants —adult women, all of whom fell into the category of individuals with fewer opportunities
