The aim of the project was to strengthen the competences of the staff of the MSK through participation in international training courses. The objectives included improving the English language proficiency of 12 adult educators, developing the training skills of staff working with refugees and disadvantaged groups, and enhancing the methodological competences of cultural animators. The project also aimed to enrich MSK’s educational offer with new topics and innovative working methods.
MSK is the largest municipal cultural institution in the city, operating through 15 branches located across Łódź. Each branch carries out activities in the field of education and socio-cultural animation. MSK offers over 150 regular programs in areas such as music, dance, theatre, folklore, visual arts, and personal dev. The project aimed to develop the competences of 20 MSK educators through participation in international training courses, which will enhance the range of offered activities.
