The project had three goals: (1) professionalization of activities in the field of adult education; (2) professionalization of activities in the field of managing educational and European projects, and (3) developing the language competences of employees to communicate with non-Polish beneficiaries. Achieving these goals increased the Foundation's staff's competences to conduct high-quality, effective, and efficient educational activities for our beneficiaries (learners).
The Foundation's primary area of activity is education (both non-formal and informal). Our mission is to develop civil society. We work primarily with adults – social activists seeking to structure their activities, socially active youth and individuals with migrant experience (primarily from the UKR). The project aimed to strengthen the Foundation's staff's competencies to more effectively and efficiently conduct activities for our beneficiaries (learners).
