The goal was to activate seniors, to make them "senders" and, wanting to expand the range of courses and classes offered to seniors, we wanted our volunteers to gain knowledge in the field of methodology, motivation, and the basics of coaching - appropriate for the proper preparation of volunteers
We applied for funding for the project as a senior organization and due to limited funding sources we had to limit the number of courses, sports and recreational activities and lectures offered. We wanted to transform our organization and, following the example of the Spanish CONFEMAC, turn our listeners into "senders"/ lecturers/ conducting classes for other seniors.
