The aim of the project was to strengthen the competences of our educational staff to better respond to the needs of people at risk of social exclusion. We wanted to improve the linguistic, digital and methodological skills of our staff so that they could effectively conduct adult education. Additionally, we wanted to break down communication barriers and strengthen openness and intercultural integration. In the project, we also aimed to improve/increase the digital competences of seniors.
CUMULUS, based in Nowy Sącz, has been carrying out activities supporting people at risk of social exclusion since 2005, especially older and low-skilled people. Our organization offers various educational programs aimed at developing key competences and social entrepreneurship. As part of the Erasmus+ project, we focused on improving the skills of our employees and seniors in the field of foreign languages, digital tools and methods of working with adults.
