Through the project, we wanted to: - improve the competences of our teaching staff in conducting classes with adults - improve the language skills of our staff - expand our educational offerings for adult learners and target them at those with fewer opportunities - gain experience in implementing sustainable development initiatives in our daily work - continue building a network of cooperation between international institutions operating in the adult education sector
From the outset, the Foundation has focused its activities on adult education, which are highly popular. We particularly focus on English, ICT, and well-being classes. We implement projects financed by the European Union through the Erasmus+ and EKS programs. The Active Senior Project is the third mobility project implemented by the Foundation, allowing us to expand our offerings while gaining new experience in adult education.
